Having a problem? READ HERE!

Hey folks!

There are still a handful of people having a problem or two.  I have resolved most problems, but for those still having problems...

* When contacting me, please also include your e-mail address.  I have tried to respond to a few e-mails on file and they aren't being received or bounce.    If you e-mail me directly, please include your stable name

* When sending me a problem, please always include the horse ID and name.  One is nice, both is preferable.  Also, if your problem involves a race, always include a race ID.  Better still, copy and paste the information for the race.  Also let me know if it's OK if I enter the horse for you to troubleshoot things.  Example of a header -

Paris-FR (PAR) Thursday, January 29, 2015 -- 12:40:00 PM EST | Race ID : 1431007
	0% Chance of Precipitation
Maiden Allowance - Purse : $45,000
Restricted to 3 Year Olds, Fillies Only
8.5 Furlongs | ~1700 Meters | One Mile and One Sixteenths

..any other things you notice about the situation are also helpful, but the horse ID and race Id are the most helpful.

I really, really want to help.  But very short e-mails that don't include this information give me very little to work with.
